A Bizco Timeline

1990 - Midrange Information Systems is formed, a technology company dedicated to a unique sales agent relationship with IBM

1994 - Bizco, Inc. formed and acquired Inacom Information Systems of Lincoln, a wholly owned business unit of Inacom Corp. in Omaha, Nebraska.

1997 - Introduced Dealer Direct, an Internet-based procurement system for the IT industry.

1998 - Formed Direct Sales, Inc. an e-commerce venture dedicated to the public sector, primarily higher education.

1999 - Relocated all operations from The Lincoln Trade Center in southeast Lincoln to current 10,600 square foot facility located in Skyway Office Park at 7950 "O" Street.

2000 - Changed identity from Inacom Information Systems of Lincoln to Bizco Technologies.

2002 - Bizco, Inc. acquired affiliated company, Direct Sales, Inc. as well as the Sescor Security Division of Lincoln-based Scott Electric, Co.
