Projector Maintenance – refocus and calibrate to fit screen and maximize signal and color quality; adjust menu settings for maximum performance; clean lens and filter; check lamp hours.
Flat Panels Maintenance – color, brightness and contrast adjusted to maximize image quality; menu settings adjusted for maximum audio performance and stability.
PROFESSIONAL AUDIO SYSTEM TUNE UP
• Audio system calibrated for correct EQ and balance;
• Adjustments made, as necessary, for maximum audio performance and stability.
Upgrades on all AV and control system equipment will be performed.
COMPLETE SYSTEM FUNCTION TEST
Our team will perform a complete system test to determine if the AV system is performing to expected standards and functioning according to the operating manual. If items are found to be non-operational, damaged, or otherwise, Bizco will provide the customer a list of recommended solutions and associated costs.
Bizco will send a technician during regular business hours for any issues regarding your AV system.

This plan begins the day of project sign off and protects your investment for a full year. During this period, our service professionals will provide service to repair or replace equipment, free of charge. This service & warranty package includes, and is limited to, new products provided by Bizco as part of the original project scope.This service & warranty package excludes:
• Consumable items such as lamps, batteries, etc.
• Equipment damaged by misuse
• Equipment damaged by Force Majeure events
• Consumer grade displays (may be warrantied for an additional charge)
• Labor requests that fall outside the original project scope

During these scheduled visits, our techs will provide diagnostics, cleaning, necessary firmware updates, recommendations & reports. PM does not include the cost of repairing/replacing equipment, shipping of said equipment or consumable items such as lamps. Receive a 20% discount on our hourly rate for repair services with a maintenance contract.|
