Sales Representative - Direct Sales Division

At Bizco you can do these things and more! As a direct sales rep you will be responsible for managing and developing your customer base nationwide.

Essential Job Functions:

  • A large amount of time spent will be prospecting new clients through cold calling
  • Qualify accounts by opportunity, profitability, and potential scope of customer business.
  • Understand account/customer requirements by keeping up with market changes and changing customer needs.
  • Managing a large, and fast growing customer base
  • Develop account relationships, for current and prospective customers
  • Interact with other departments when needed (customer service, billing, etc) to ensure the best service to prospective and current customers
  • Prepare price quotes and sales contracts and deliver to customers
  • Submit daily activity reports to supervisor
  • Document all customer interaction in Company CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 12 months telemarketing/outbound calling experience
  • Proficient with Windows based productivity software such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Sales and goal oriented
  • Basic knowledge of IT components helpful but not required
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Business hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. This is a full time 40 hour per week position

Remote Service Engineer

Responsible for resolving, investigating and diagnosing incidents within customer expectations. Own incident through resolution process and understand customer’s expectations. Escalate to advanced level support engineers to assure timely resolution of incident as required. Accurately classify, maintain status and properly document incident within service ticket as work is done. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Accountable and responsible for account retention (customer satisfaction). Perform other assigned duties as required.


Incident Management

  • Provide 1st call resolution. Resolve 80% of all calls within Remote Services.
  • Take ownership of ticket until resolved, even if escalated.
  • Create, monitor and track tickets to assure customer expectations are met.
  • Cleary communicate with customer and applicable support staff during call resolution process.
  • Meet established service level agreements.
  • Escalate tickets as required to assure timely resolution.
  • Use approved process when answering the phone.
  • Clearly define, understand and document customer's expectation(s) for every request for service.
  • Perform matching on unknown incidents.
  • Identify incident trends and act accordingly to prevent downtime.
  • Verify Bizco backups were successful.
  • Review all new Kaseya alerts; create tickets for anything needing attention.
  • Review logs or alerts from AV or SPAM filter.

Problem Management

  • Monitor and control "known errors" on customer networks.
  • Investigate and diagnose problems to transform problems into "known errors."
  • Investigate and manage problems based on their priority.
  • Maintain Known Error database.


Network/Server Engineer

Bizco Technologies has an immediate opening for a Network/Server Engineer. Bizco is a successful systems integration firm located in Lincoln, Nebraska. The right candidate will be involved in the following: solution identification/design, solution implementation, client/customer support, delivering total customer satisfaction, and possess good oral and written communication skills.

 

Job Requirements Include:

  • Strong networking and server background
  • Experience in design, setup, support of Cisco technologies with an emphasis on VPN, Wireless, Security, VoIP
  • Experience in design, setup, support of Microsoft Based Servers with emphasis on Small Business Server 2003
  • Experience in the setup and support of MS Exchange
  • Maintenance of Network/Server training and Certifications (ie. CCNA, CCDA, CCSE, MCP, MCSE) required

Microsoft Systems Engineer
