Sales Representative – Direct Sales (Clearwater, FL)

Do you have an energetic and enthusiastic personality? Do you want the ability to expand your career and increase your income while working for a growing business? At Bizco you can do these things and more! As a direct sales representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing your customer base nationwide.

Primary Duties:

  • A large amount of time spent will be prospecting new clients through cold calling
  • Qualify accounts by opportunity, profitability, and potential scope of customer business.
  • Understand account/customer requirements by keeping up with market changes and changing customer needs.
  • Managing a large, and fast growing customer base
  • Develop account relationships, for current and prospective customers
  • Interact with other departments when needed (customer service, billing, etc) to ensure the best service to prospective and current customers
  • Prepare price quotes and sales contracts and deliver to customers
  • Submit daily activity reports to supervisor
  • Document all customer interaction in Company CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months telemarketing/outbound calling experience
  • Proficient with Windows based productivity software such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Sales and goal oriented
  • Basic knowledge of IT components helpful but not required
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Bizco Technologies is looking for a Systems Engineer in the Lincoln, NE area. Systems Engineers are responsible for management and ownership of their client portfolios by maintaining their client’s networks and building strong relationships with their clients. Technical sales and project related activities are expected as well.

Requirements:

  • Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCSA, or MCSE, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
  • Technical issue diagnosis
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
  • Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided

AV Installer/System Integrator (Lincoln)

Bizco Technologies is looking for an Installer/System integrator in the Lincoln, NE area. Installers are responsible for completing job site tasks as outlined by our Project Manager.  These tasks include, but are not limited to, climbing ladders, pulling cables, and mounting displays, video walls, cameras, screens & projectors. 

Requirements: 

  • Commercial construction trades experience (specifically electrical, low voltage, structured cabling or building security/safety)
  • Proficiency with power & hand tools
  • Experience planning and executing construction tasks
  • Experience with reading schematic line drawings
  • Experience with IP networks & device configuration 

Preferred Experience and/or Certifications: 

  • Audiovisual equipment installation and configuration
  • CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D certifications
  • Extron, AMX or Crestron specific programming experience (audiovisual industry) 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work safely with teammates on jobsites
  • Self-start. Take instruction from project manager, formulate a plan and complete tasks quickly
  • Climb ladders, pull cable, and mount displays, video walls, screens & projectors, etc.

Audiovisual Service Technician (Lincoln)

Bizco Technologies is looking for an AV Service Technician in the Lincoln, NE area. Service techs are responsible for meeting onsite with our customers and addressing any AV system problems.  Our techs may also assist with project commissioning and end-user training.

Requirements: 

  • Experience diagnosing audiovisual system failures and implementing solutions
  • Experience installing and configuring audiovisual equipment
  • Experience configuring IP networks & devices
  • Ability to read schematic line drawings
  • Extron, AMX or Crestron specific programming experience (audiovisual industry) 

Preferred Experience and Certifications: 

  • CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D certifications
  • Field service experience 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage incoming services tickets and preventative maintenance
  • Call clients to schedule visits
  • Drive a company vehicle to client locations
  • Update systems, diagnose problems & repair
  • Track all activities within our resource management system
  • Effectively communicate with clients and co-workers
  • Assist project manager with problem resolution and change order management
  • Conduct frequent project site visits and assess the quality of the work performed
  • Take photos of projects in-progress and completed
  • Obtain client sign-offs for completed projects
  • Install on job sites during peak project times
